# Day 7 After the storm.

After a warm and humid evening we had a very scary thunderstorm during the night. I'm not usually bothered by them, but this was the loudest I have ever experienced and the lightening was quite spectacular. This was followed by torrential rain which meant we all had a very disturbed night.
This morning there was no sign of these dramatic events and the last extra shows the sky before the storm with no sign of what was to come. Our final morning was spent at the market in Apt before a final lunch and transport to the airport.
Those of us travelling to Scotland have a eight hour wait for our flight!
