These are the Days

One of those extra special laps this morning.  

An army of herring
A gulp of cormorants
A party of friends


We celebrated one friend's first lap of the island, and another's record swim across the English Channel (although we were a couple of hours early with this one)  

A fishing trip in the afternoon, so mackerel for dinner now.
