Late night piper

If you owned a pub and were looking for ways to piss off the neighbours, having a piper come along at about 10pm to toot his bags outside would be a pretty good start. Thankfully, he didn't play for very long before taking himself and his noise inside to deafen the customers. I stayed outside.
