My Name is Shona and I Bake

One of my favourite things to do is bake.... I find it therapeutic and really calming. I like to try new recipes. I found one today for a coconut cream pie which sounds amazing. Until then I shall perfect some more cupcakes, these are lemon cupcakes with lemon frosting. I made them for Mr T, he likes lemon!! Strawberry is next and then coconut pie :)
They brought some sunshine into a truly cold and rainy Dundee!!
And then Mr T's nieces came and took 6 off our hands:)
Can't wait for next baking day... And some pink frosting!
