Naked man with bow and arrow

A long time ago, when I was a young and innocent (well....) man, I was a patrolling police officer in the city of Stockholm. One night I was sent to Old Town to check out a naked man with bow and arrow in the streets . The only guy with that description I met was this one. I guess the laugh was on me......
