Cartoon Cow

We have been at Mrs madwill's studio all day again, cutting, folding and packing fabric ready for the Great Northern Quilt Show next weekend. I took and passed my rotary cutter test (!) under the expert guidance of Mrs madwill, so now I am allowed to cut pieces of fabric. Steady.....

My first task was to cut ‘picture panels’ off the roll! Nice easy straight lines across the fabric. One of the designs included these rather lovely farmyard animals (? a frog) across the top and bottom!

We took Finlay with us today so that he wasn't left alone at home for a second day. Not that it made a lot of difference as he curled up on his bed and slept most of the time!
