eye on the ball....

number three grandson. not yet five,  took up a hurley a month ago and it seems it comes naturally to him !  Hurling is an Irish game played for the last 3,000 years...most boys would have had a hurley in their hand at some stage...nowadays girls play too, though it's called Camoige in their case....I have a 16 year old female cousin who plays in county championships....next Sunday is the men's All Ireland finals..Galway v Waterford..ah which to cheer for...........
