Climbing

After early run to Flitwick to drop T at the station K and I went back for bacon sandwiches before Mt,H&AR arrived to do some more work on the house. I had a bit of a walk with AR - she enjoyed finding daisies and dandelions then fallen conkers that she posted through the fence. When A&N arrived we had waffles and tea then played with AR before taking her for a long buggy ride across the fields to Frosts where we had ice cold drinks....turning out a very hot sunny day!
Bit tricky negotiating some stiles with the buggy but AR slept most of the way and A and I discussed how she and N are settling in to their new house and negotiating their roles and relationship.
Home in time for Victoria sandwich cake and scones with cream and jam courtesy of K's baking. All ate and chatted in the back garden and AR decided she'd learn to go on the slide by herself and mastered it in no time! Very pleased with herself!
Already got most of upstairs painted and sorted-looking nice!-and soon will all be done.
A dropped me at the station and I trekked home...late night but lovely to have seen them all
