On The Beach (I)

After last evenings shenanigans it was up reasonably early to make Samantha her lunch before she took herself off to work.
Joshua went off to Helen's for work so I had a cooked breakfast and chatted to Clare.
Once Joshua returned we left for the Lusty Glaze Beach Rugby Tournament where he was officiating as one of the RFU referees.
Hot sunny day, great atmosphere and teams of all ages playing for fun (and maybe a trophy or two). A great experience for Joshua as well as the free T shirt, free food and free drinks (non alcoholic)!
He'd arranged to meet friends at Gyllyngvase we left at 5 and he was home, fed and out again. Clare and I picked Sam up from work and out to ASDA for some of the things from her Uni list.
Nobody could be bothered to cook so McDonalds it was.
