Hello again!

Sunday 27th August 2017 (1828)

This is the third time I've seen Woody this week. Having looked it up I think this is a young adult female Great Spotted. I love the zoom on my camera. I took this from the kitchen doorway, across the conservatory and through the glass and it's only had a slight crop. I then tried to get closer but I had barely stepped into the conservatory when she flew off. She seems very sensitive to movement.

At last I can have a full day and a half off! I haven't had a complete day since the beginning of July. I love Bank Holidays, every week should have one! I want to use it to catch up with myself (ie tidying up at home and sort out) and I made a bit of progress this afternoon.
