After the thunderstorm

Out and about again today and lots of photo ops (though not in either of the two main places we went - another big church from 1649 and the Guayasamin gallery - Capilla del Hombre - google it, or him, to see some of his works and the political context of them. Photography was not allowed in either place - and they were watching...)
As so often happens, it's those little unexpected moments that appeal. Back at the Villa Nancy in time to not get caught in the 3.30 pm thunderstorm and Hughie certainly sent it down today. This is our charming host Joffre - you can see what he's doing!
