Oca

A very (very) quiet day after the shenanigans of the night before. A recovery Chinese take away helped somewhat.

These are the succulent stems of the oca we're growing this year (a type of tuber), it's such a pretty plant I would grow it for the leaves/structure alone but apparently you can eat the stems and leaves as well.
