LA Beer Week

Today is the first weekend of Los Angeles Beer Week, an "11 day celebration of beer culture in Los Angeles and Orange Counties", so our daughter got us tickets on the Beer Bus for an afternoon of beer tasting. We boarded a bright yellow school bus for an hour and a half trip to the El Segundo Brewing Company, for whom our daughter had poured at a recent event. Because she is in the know, we got to go behind the counter and see the brewing room. The large stainless tanks were pretty cool, but I was more interested in the graphic nature of the connector at the bottom of the tank containing their latest double IPA.
