The night visitor

Our wildlife cam is certainly giving us an insight into who visits our garden at night. The night vision video cam is producing some great footage.
This is a still taken from the video file. The fox looks young to me. Any fox experts out there???
Also if anyone can tell me how to convert a still from an avi file which saves as a png file to a jpeg I'd be grateful.
