Flooding

Woke to the most rain I've seen through this property in the 6 years we've been here. In fact probably the most rain I've seen ever. The driveway washed out into the carpet creating a river that pushed the gate open, swept through and down our garden and lawns, forming a lake at the boundary before gushing into a waterfall down to the neighbour's property. Unfortunately all the water caused 2-3 landslides on their side, dropping a garden and an area under a corner of their foundations down by a metre or so. Garage was flooded and to get to it, it was bare feet or swim.
