BINDWEED - also known as MORNING GLORY

Not much to report today.  No Fitness Class with it being Bank Hol so I just walked down to Tesco for a bit of shopping.  When I got back I did a bit of gardening.  Weather was warm and dry but rather windy.

Later on I walked back down to the village for Slimming Club. Church Hall was closed so we had the meeting in the function room of one of the local pubs.  Not many there - this is usual for a Bank Hol.  I lost 2½ pounds which I was very pleased about.  However I wish it had been 3 pounds as I'm still ½ a pound out of my target range.  Hopefully that extra half will come off next week.

Had trout, oven chips and mixed veg for my tea.  Followed by fresh fruit salad.

The Mono Monday theme today is organic.  I saw this bindweed flower in the hedgerow on my way to the shops through the allotments. I was lucky to capture a little bug on the flower too. Thanks to TheAphid for hosting this month.
