Levelling the beach

Occasionally throughout the summer, we see the tractor levelling the beach.....although we've not had any stormy weather, the swash and backwash of the sea, and the gentle longshore current, do move the stones and pebbles, and make ridges and troughs on the beach......
in a couple of hours, the tractor can level and smooth the pebble beach......back to perfection!!!
