back-blip

This morning we went to my Grandma's to see them and Nico and Abi who were there too. The girls had lots of fun playing in ''the dark living room'' (the back bedroom, not as sunny as the living room!)and eating biscuits. We all had a nice chat and also enjoyed eating biscuits. On our way home we went to my Gran's for lunch quickly before I headed out for the evening. Jan and I were going to The Bon Vivant for dinner and then going to a french macaroon making class at JoJo's Bakery on St Mary's Street.

Dinner was delicious, and fun! We enjoyed choosing and sampling all the 'bites'.

The class was great fun too! And Jan and I's finished macaroons were the best in the class...not that we were competing or anything... I really feel like I could make macaroons now, I was too scared to try before. JoJo said that it might take up to 4 attempts to get it right so I guess I'll have to start practicing. The good thing is, they taste amazing even when they go wrong so I'm sure all the trying is going to be tasty!
