Emergency blip! But lovely to have these reminders.

End of course tests today. 2x2 hour lessons - one hour revision, one hour of test. Stress levels were high for a test which is more of a guide than anything else. As with Egypt, a fear of failure has been instilled, and rote learning is the norm; neither of which are conducive to learning a language.

Everyone passed, but more revision and more work is required. I'm proud of how much they've achieved, especially as they come five days a week for 3.5 weeks.

The slightly cooler temps continue, but the high humidity levels counter any benefit of cooler temps. When the horizon is invisible, I know the humidity is horrendous.
