I’d just left home on my way to the supermarket in Windermere when the sun shone :)  So, a Blip detour via Bowness afterwards seemed a good idea. The light on the Langdale Fells was fabulous as I drove back towards Ambleside but it’s not a road you can stop on. 

The hedge finally got cut and I cooked lunch on the barbecue though by that time it had clouded over. Then a bit more gardening and while pulling some weeds out I found the lens cap that I lost about 6 weeks ago!
