Bank Holiday

It is a bank holiday today, so the banks are shut and there is only one person parked collecting cash. Although the banks are closed it is not a holiday otherwise. Most companies are increasing flexible about not so fixed holidays, but the banks all close on the established bank holidays.

It was raining early on but cleared up by mid morning.
