Did a humongous shop at Aldi and have spent the rest of the day cooking four different slimming world recipes to freeze in small portions in readiness for going back to work. This dieting lark IS going to happen! (Until I eat chocolate, obviously!!)

Got a bad back now and am slightly knackered to say the least. Won't be able to move tomorrow :/
