Slow cooked loveliness

I'm a busy lady but with a bit of planning you can host dinner parties and eat well. Tonight as I'm out tomorrow, made this for Thursday night. It's yumminess will improve with keeping. I present to you slow braised lamb fillets. The smell is making me hungry.
