Scavenger

The refuse was out and he was in there!

I had gone to photograph the river flooding, as the Severn burst it's banks yesterday with the massive amount of rain we have been having! However it was also bin day and there were a couple of big industrial sized bins by the lock side - lids off! An open invitation to a thief!

Sure enough in he flew and started picking through what looked like fish and chip papers. I did feel it was my duty as a witness to the crime, being our Neighbourhood Watch Co-ordinator, to get a mug shot of the culprit and I did!

After a furtive look in my direction he made a quick getaway having swallowed the evidence!
