A rubbish blip

We have three bins
A large blue one, seen here, for recyclable materials - plastic, paper etc
A large grey one for household rubbish
(These are collected on alternate weeks)
And a much smaller one for food waste and this is collected every week
We aren't given bins for garden waste, glass or nuclear waste
This is my contribution to Wild Wed74
Why?
Well, Joe was barking wildly at the bin this morning. I've no idea why though!
