The gov's tomatoes have all come at once and as we are away in the trailer tent again soon it was necessary to harvest them before we go.
Well over 2 kg so some went on a bruschetta for lunch and a large portion were skinned, diced and cooked to be frozen for future pasta dishes.
This afternoon made 12+ jars of marmalade.
