feathers

I walked past our car on my way to the shed where I drilled three holes into  my bike helmet visor to hold it in place. Five minutes later I walked back to the house. I came up to the car. The car hood had many bird feathers on it. Of late we have seen feathers on the backyard lawn as well. And we have seen a hawk that visits our bird feeder.
