In Readiness For The Next Stage...

As I am still off work for the rest of this week, today was about catching up after our few days away, including a lovely few hours with a friend enjoying tea and scone in a new tea shop In Pocklington.

In readiness for the next stage of our Wolds Way Walk at the weekend, Mr Kit and I went for a lovely walk up the hill behind our house and through the local woods...not sure how much it would have improved my fitness but it does allow me to justify this morning's scone and butter!
