Spent the day with colleagues at our leadership forum - great speakers provoking great discussions & lots to think about.
Headed home via Wester Craiglockhart - good thinking time & gave a sense of perspective. 

Back at Craiglockhart tomorrow for more discussion & action planning - must be near the start of term !
