Lost in Fife

I didn't think it was possible to get lost in a wee place like Fife, but my satnav managed it:-)  We were trying to find an address in Glenrothes, a town we don't know at all and the silly satnav lady kept taking us round in circles and insisting our destination was ahead, when any fool could see it was a farm in the middle of nowhere!

I ended up using Google Maps instead and she took us straight there, but we were half an hour late for our High Tea and convinced they would turn us away.  However, they were very kind and we were served with great grace an enormous amount of food, which seriously defeated us.  We've come home with two boxes laden with cakes and scones!

I did stop in a lovely park at one point and took the photo in Extra of the floral display, but can't remember what it was called.  However, my main blip is of Balvaird Castle, which is just across the border into Perthshire and which we have visited before.  It was just catching the sunlight ahead of the showery rain which followed.

Always a pleasure to drive in Fife, but not when you are going round in circles:-)
