My running mate!

Hectic time for everyone just now so fitting in a run is proving difficult.....myself and Caley found ourselves with a wee window today and made the most of it.

He so good when you run; always stays close by and unlike on walks doesn't feel the need to carry trees branches sticks. I didn't join him in his post walk swim though :-)
