Town Square

The blipfoto is my wide angle Wednesday challenge entry of Town Square, Orba, Spain, under 'T' for Town Square. It had been raining and was overcast but this changed as the day progressed.

Steveng has kindly offered to host this Wednesday and 6 Sept to give me a break!

Today, our hosts took us into Orba town to show us the Wednesday market but it was very poor due to the thunderstorms last night. On getting back we took "Sarge", their Staffordshire dog for a walk. He got his name from Staff Sergeant!  He's a lovely dog, so loving and docile....not what you expect of a Staffordshire Bull Terrier breed.

I dropped Mrs BB off at the local swimming pool so she could do her long distance swim whilst I drove back into town for a walk around where I took the extra of an art sculpture near the town square.

This evening we went to a local bar for a 3 course meal and drink for 10 euros each as our farewell to our hosts whom we take to the airport tomorrow leaving us in charge! Superb food and we've booked to go back on Saturday.
