Chapter Closed

Last ever time for me to be in school as headteacher today. There was the chance to say a couple of goodbyes and tie up a few loose ends. Felt surprisingly ok and although driving through the gates was a little poignant, It feels entirely right for me and my conscience.

Home briefly to catch up with The Teen before meeting a colleague for coffee and then attending a charity meeting. Take away picked up on way home - with meat as the veggie is elsewhere for the evening. An early night with books! So rock and roll!
