The Comedy of Errors

After a gloriously hot and sunny long weekend, the weather changed dramatically today...............and G, M and I went along to Holkham this evening for an outdoor performance of The Comedy of Errors. Fortunately we all had large capes to shelter under (thanks G & M) so kept dry when it was raining slightly for the first half hour, but it was very chilly. I thoroughly enjoy these performances by the Lord Chamberlain's Men, I used to go to see them at Waddesdon Manor as they perform all round the country. And I do love to see little kids sitting enthralled by theatre and Shakespeare - what a lovely way to be introduced to the Bard.
