Thelwell

This lovely chap and his two pals live in a field along the lane.

I can well remember from my childhood Thelwell cartoons of plump girls on plump ponies and this one brings it all back.

I even have some faded prints signed by Norman himself. My Dad bought them at an auction in the Seventies.

It's been a good day on the whole, with a spectacular finish to my stint in Paradise. That puts me in good books for a short while!

Now I have to prepare for the Royal Visit, commencing tomorrow night. More about that another time!
