Oysters for tea

It's the last night all our daughter's friends (from last week's wedding) are here, so as many of them had either never tried oysters, or had tried them years ago and not appreciated them, we thought they'd better have another go.
The area we live is famous for oysters, we can get them in every market and supermarket for about 50cents an oyster, so Mr F served raw ones with either lemon wedges, Tabasco or a red vinegar and shallot accompaniment, or cooked as oyster po boy.
It went down very well. We'll be sad to see them go tomorrow.
