Storm Damage

Stormy weather today. The A947 was blocked by fallen trees North of the Meldrum roundabout and in town part of a tree had been blown down on Union Terrace. The Terrace was closed when I got there and I wasn't allowed to walk along from Union Street to our office, had to go up the Diamond Street and down the lane. So by dinner time the branches in question - an elm - was chopped up and the remains dumped on the stairs near the old Gents bogs ..
