Bricks

A lot of my job involves helping and supporting other people when they are struggling and cant work out what to do next. This is fine, I enjoy it - happily becasue this is what I spend most of my working week doing, At the moment I feel like I am coming up against a brick wall myself at every turn - nothing is easy, people are leaving all over the place, everyone is pissed off and I have to soothe and cheer

It will get better, it always does. Just boring and hard in the meantime.

On the plus front, we have a new heating element and the dishwasher is churning away!
