What is it that people do not understand when you say face to face to them that I am deaf and cannot hear on the telephone, but the only line of communication they say is a telephone number?

This was some official thing, different from the other week. And I was told I would have to telephone in person to deal with it.

Explanations again from me that I am deaf, and in my case my deafness means I cannot communicate by telephone. I cannot hear on the telephone.

So, finally I showed the research I had done online that said the appropriate official would have to deal with it in person for you if you had a disability which meant you could not use the telephone.

Cue one very disappointed official...he looked positively antagonistic towards me....

I am very tired of all this. It happens very frequently.

I don't have the time to experiment the next few days. Something I need every ounce of my energy and concentration to sort. I will however not give up my challenge to my self of a pic every day in 2017. But you will probably get a drawing each day like this depending on my state of mind that day...so, don't say I haven't warned you...

Currently I am sitting in a cafe with streamed fish, sweet potato fries, and peas...and a cup of hot chocolate....
