Pasta experiments in our house again this evening. I have a sneaking suspicion that it has more to do with B's little obsession with Nigella than with culinary excitement.

One of our house guests (the canine one, not the human variety) has tonsilitis. Really, a dog with tonsilitis? The vet has advised that he should have a bit of steamed cod and mashed potatoes for his dinner......!

I think the dog may be eating better than me tonight.....
