Flower Friday...The Big Dawg

I know there are bigger flowers around, because I've seen them on Blip. But, in these parts...the sunflower reigns supreme.

I stopped at a local vegetable stand that is known for their sweet corn, but they also have quite a flower garden. I didn't want venture out into the flowers without buying anything, so I bought 2 ears of corn for a dollar. (I know...the last of the big spenders.)

For my dollar invested, I took 83 pictures of the flowers. I narrowed it down to 7 shots, and chose this one...probably because it shows both big and small flowers.
