I is for Indigo

The alphabet challenge this week is I for Indigo. A difficult colour to define - is it dark blue or more purple? I posted the photo of the night sky I Blipped yesterday as a dark blue but I saw these flowers today and loved that colour too. They looked very dark from a distance but the sun on them brought out the purple when closer. No idea what they are, either!
