Spotted on the sidewalk. I guess it's saying we're not on Earth?

Bad day today. My computer's power supply died. When it did, it also flipped the circuit breaker switch, killing power to the outlets along one wall of my apartment. I flipped it and plugged things in a few times before realizing there was a pretty big problem.
