Forest Fires

We drove over to Sunriver today and travelled miles and miles in thick smoke. They are actively fighting fires close to us, and as you can see in the pictures, it's still burning. The air quality has been unhealthy for so long all over the state, everyone is praying for rain, or at least wind to blow the smoke away! Sadly, there were no beautiful mountain views today.
Grateful today...for a quick ride. On one portion of the road they are using a guide car to lead people and we just happened to get lucky and be at the end of the traffic being led, so we had no long waiting time. (I apologize for the quality of the pictures. We couldn't get out or even open our windows, so the pictures were taken from a moving car. )
