This icon lives close to the entrance door at the island's main medical centre.
The keys to the door live in the lock. 
I love the naïvety of this icon. Comparing it with a similar but more classic version tells me that those are supposed to be the walls of Jerusalem behind. I love the modern short haircut but I particularly like the little skull and cross-bones in a hole in the ground.
