Tour De Shadows

It was out for dinner this evening so I whizzed down to the port first to see if there was a Blip Opp. This old gent had come down to admire the sunset and I flipped him upside down and cropped him. See extra for the full explanation.

Dinner was delish. I started with half a dozen oysters, followed by skate wing in caper and butter sauce. Washed down with a glass of rosé and then a glass of red. Preceded by an aperitif of cognac and tonic. Actually its a great combo. Worth a try if you've still got a half drunk bottle of cognac at the back of the cupboard.
