London

Today the family took the oldies for a day out in London.
So much to see.
Somerset House to a display about the Learned Society for the Ownership of Extra Ordinary Objects.
Then across Waterloo Bridge to the South Bank and memories of my visit as a 16 year old to the Festival of Britain. A delicious Italian lunch.
Along to the Tate Modern which we had never visited before. A stroll on to the swaying footbridge which sways no longer. And exploring some of the Dickensian corners near Southwark Cathedral.
So many shots especially those from the top floor of the Tate.

What to choose. Many images, though spectacular, would be familiar.
So here is a bit of the South Bank bustling with life.
