Looking smart

Lovely sunshine today for our first walk and then back to start and crack the list. Quite a bit done and the biggest jobs out of the way but there'll be a bit more to do tomorrow. 

Bailey alternated between overheating lying in the sun and going to cool off in the hall until it was time to take him to the groomers. We collected the bestest friend on the way and we went into town for my first trip to the opticians. It turns out that opticians are almost as bad as shoe shops so close to the start of the new school year. Something to be avoided in the future. Eye test completed and, as I suspected, reading glasses are required. The bestest friend provided the second opinion and the Nana Mouskouris were avoided. I'll need to brave town on a Saturday afternoon again to collect them next week. 

We met up with the official Bailey sitter and her friend for a little bit of shopping and then went to collect Bailey. We all agreed that he looked like a puppy again. I think he always looks a bit grumpy until his beard and eyebrows starts to grow back a little more but he smells lovely and he has very tidy ears.
