Swam in the sea today and it was pretty choppy

Was lucky enough to see some human 'castells' where locals try to make the tallest human tower they can and usually very young children climb right to the top (amazing)

This was taken in Gracia this evening at an old haunt I've not been to for ages, great food and happy friendly owners
