Saturday's Snap .....

Drier today. Lothian Tractors out at the baler to replace a couple of bearings that are on their way out. Once they were done I managed to round up the troops and we went away down the road with the baler and 2 trailers to bale wheat straw. Got enough to fill the first 2 trailers when this ram for working the net wrap mechanism snapped off. Phoned for the mechanics again , who robbed a ram off another baler to get me going again. But the motor on it didn't work right so we ended up making a working ram by swapping bits from one to the other.
Eventually got that field cleared then back home to bale hay tonight.
The family went to the village fete and BBQ so managed to miss that !
